In the background of the trial-centred reform of the litigation system,China's criminal justice field has started the reform of the guilty plea of the accused.The trend of summary trial of confession and punishment system will have a certain influence on the rule of proof of criminal case?This article focuses on the analysis of how the judge in the simplified court trial and the criminal suspect have pleaded guilty to the premise of the elimination of interference factors,through the accurate identification of facts,reduce the risk of wrong cases.This dissertation can be divided into four chapters except preface and conclusion.The first chapter puts forward the characteristics of plea bargaining system in China through the comparative study of plea bargaining with Anglo-American law system.The second chapter mainly analyzes the manifestations and types of the accused's false plea of the accused and the causes of the false confession and punishment cases.The third chapter is about in the case of guilty plea of the accused,judges need to guard against misjudged cases by special proof.The fourth chapter is about It is proposed that relevant supporting systems should be established to guarantee and assist judges to guard their special proof.
