Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Overseas Workers Security Risk Prevention Of Lianyungang City

Over the years,with the rapid economic and social development and the deepening of open-up policy of China,international visits between China and other countries and regions have become increasingly frequent.With the dream of becoming rich,more and more people have chosen to go abroad to engage in foreign labor activities.During this process,while overseas workers can get relatively high return through hard work,they are often faced with various threats and risks in terms of personal and property security due to political instability,different law systems,public order chaos,accidents,major infectious diseases and illegal channels of foreign labor intermediary,which has become a hot topic in the society.Overseas workers security risk prevention has become an important area of local government's social governance,which is of great significance for maintaining social stability and the safety and happiness of the people.This paper studies overseas workers security risk prevention of Lianyungang from the perspective of risk management theory,service-oriented government theory and other public management theory,aiming at providing reference for foreign labor management and the protection of the rights and interests of overseas workers in the new era.Based on the review of the development process of Lianyungang's foreign labor services,this paper analyzes the main practices of Lianyungang's overseas workers security risk prevention and the main risks faced by overseas workers and the causes,and summarizes the main problems of Lianyungang's overseas workers security risk prevention,including the imperfection of laws and regulations on overseas workers security risk prevention,incomplete prevention mechanism,lack of international experiences and insufficient improvement of overseas workers all-round abilities.It also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve overseas workers security risk prevention of Lianyungang,including completing laws and regulations on overseas workers security risk prevention,completing overseas workers security risk prevention mechanism,enhancing international levels of overseas workers security risk prevention and improving the all-round abilities of overseas workers.
