Research On Legal Problems Of Investors' Protection In Regional Equity Market

Regional equity trading market plays a vital role in supporting the development of real economy,promoting investment and financing of small and medium-sized enterprises,as well as equity trading,stimulating the vitality of private capital and serving regional economy.However,in the process of developing the regional equity market,there are still problems in the protection of investors' rights and interests due to the incompleteness of China's relevant systems.This article mainly carries on the system research from the investor protection legal Angle of view,the basic research content and the frame unfolds from the following four aspects.Firstly,it introduces the basic overview of investor protection in the regional market,including the positioning and characteristics of the trading market,the definition of investor protection theory and the particularity of investor protection in the regional market.Secondly,through the analysis of Guangzhou ?Zhongyuan and Xinjiang in the equity market investor protection system to summarize the present situation of the protection of the investors in the market,respectively from the investors' right to know the definition of the qualified investors,investor protection regulation,investor protection relief mechanism,the four perspective shortcomings on protection of investors in the region's markets in China;Thirdly,in the third chapter of this paper,the author analyzes what existing systems are designed to protect the interests of investors in the four aspects of investor protection in foreign countries,especially in the us private equity market.Finally,combined with the mature experience of investor protection in the us private equity market,this paper puts forward specific Suggestions on improving the legal system of investor protection in this region of China.
