Research On CPC’s Work Style Construction

The entry of socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era is a new historical orientation for China’s development.In the context of the new era,the Communist Party of China must unite and lead the people throughout the country to carry out the great struggle,advance the great cause,and realize the great dream.We must unswervingly adhere to and improve the party’s leadership and build a stronger and stronger party.At present,the Chinese Communist Party faces a complicated ruling environment.At the same time,complicated factors also affect the party’s advanced nature and purity.There are still problems in the party such as impure thought,impure organization,and impure style.Therefore,the party must persevere in the discipline and strengthen the party’s style.The party’s style is the image of the party,which is not only an important embodiment of the party’s nature,purpose,program and line,but also an important indicator of the party’s creativity,combat effectiveness and cohesiveness.Strengthening and improving the party’s style is of great significance for consolidating the party’s ruling status and realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation.Based on this,a number of issues concerning the party’s style in the new era have been studied.The full text is divided into the following five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the background,purpose and significance of this paper,sorts out the research status at home and abroad,and considers the basic ideas,basic methods,difficulties and innovations of this paper.The second part is the theoretical basis of this article.On the basis of defining the core concept,the author reviews the history of the party’s style construction,considers the basic experience of the party’s style construction,and discusses the importance and necessity of strengthening the party’s style construction in the new era.The study,propose that to strengthen the party’s style in a new era is conducive to the improvement of the party’s governing ability and level,is conducive to clearing the people-centered work orientation,is conducive to strengthening the political confidence of the whole party,and is conducive to safeguarding the realization of the "two hundred years" goal.The third part is the focus of the full-text research.This part studies the main content and characteristics of the Party’s style construction in the New Age.First of all,based on the five aspects of "thought style","work style","leader style","life style" and "learning style",the content of the party style construction in the new era was studied.Secondly,the basic characteristics of the party’s style in the new era have been discussed,which emphasizes the arduousness,continuity,truth-seeking,pragmatic,institutionalized and standardized of the party’s style in the new era.The fourth part is the difficulty of this paper.This part analyzes the outstanding problems and main reasons of the party’s style construction in the new era.It believes that the current problems in the party’s style construction are complicated.On the subjective side,the main reason is that the party spirit of the party members and cadres is lacking,and the foundation of the ideological dam is unstable.Objectively speaking,party members and leading cadres have not fully played the leading role in demonstration and the system guarantee mechanism has lagged behind.The fifth part is another focus of this paper.Based on the main problems and reasons of the current party’s style construction,this part of the content analyzes the new era and strengthens the party’s work style construction for three aspects,including further improving the party members’ self-cultivation,further strengthening the demonstration role of party members and cadres,and further improving the inner-party mechanism system.
