With the rapid development of Internet technology and the continuous popularization of Internet,the modern society has entered into an Internet era where everyone can be a journalist and each one of us is a communicator.The online opinions formed in hot events and cases not only have a key impact on the outcome of the case,but also promote the development and progress of society with its infinite and intangible power.The changes in the judicial field are obvious.Since the beginning of the new century,numerous cases have shown us the tremendous role online public opinion played in judicial trials;online opinions attracted wide attention from the legal theoretical and practical circles.The public,including judges,prosecutors,lawyers,scholars,professors and the media,have viewed the interactive relationship between online opinions and judicial trials more rationally,and online opinions are expected to play an important role in judicial system reform.The positive role of online opinions have been deeply recognized and generally accepted by all walks of life today.Based on this background,it is of great practical significance for us to make best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages,which means to minimize the negative impact of online opinion on judicial trial through many ways and maximize its positive impact.Discussing constructively from the institutional level and focusing on the positive interaction between online opinion and judicial trial,can we ultimately achieve the common goal of fairness and justice.
