Prevention And Control Of Campus Loan Crime Risk

Campus Campus loan refers to the behavior of students borrowing money from various online platforms.Campus loans originated from abroad and have grown rapidly since they were introduced into China in recent years.Its original intention was to provide college students with financing channels for entrepreneurship,consumption,and further studies.However,with the rapid expansion and development of the industry,criminal and criminal problems such as "routine lending",false propaganda,usury,violent collection,and naked bar collection have been exposed,seriously infringing the personal property rights and interests of college students and disturbing the normal order of university campuses.The impact on society is extremely bad.Since 2015,various departments have frequently issued the "Notice" and "Opinions" to rectify campus Internet loans.However,the problem of campus loan crime is still outstanding,and the research on campus loan crime risk has theoretical and practical significance.Through collecting and consulting relevant documents,court cases,news reports,and related research results,this article finds that campus loan has the risk of violating personal rights,property rights,and obstructing social management order,involving fraud,extortion,false litigation and other specific crimes.The reason for this is that there are still loopholes or deficiencies in the design of the legal system,in the fight against and prevention and control of crime,in the supervision and administration of the campus loan industry,and in the awareness of the student community.This paper puts forward countermeasures from the perspectives of improving the legal system,strengthening the prevention of loan-involving crimes,strengthening industry supervision,formulating the government school family linkage prevention and control mechanism,and raising students 'awareness of prevention,so as to hope to play a catalytic role in the judicial practice of crime prevention and control on campus in China.
