The Research On Anti Money Laundering Regulation Of Virtual Currency

As a new product of the Internet era,virtual currency has attracted the attention of the international community because of its unique block chain technology.With the rapid development of virtual currency,a large number of virtual money payment products and services also emerge.These payment products and services greatly enhance the risk of anti-money laundering.On the basis of this,this article tries to analyze the new measures and new guidelines of the international organization and FATF on the supervision of the anti-money laundering of the virtual currency,and tries to analyze the trial of the virtual currency supervision by the United States,trying to make it for our country from the advanced experience of supervision and practice.The first part of this article is an introduction to explain the research ideas,methods,domestic and abroad research opinions.The second part defines the scope of the virtual currency at the beginning,combs the current situation of China's virtual money anti money laundering supervision,and summarizes the difficulties of supervision by analyzing the characteristics of the virtual money.The third part,using the perspective of international law and comparative law,combs and analyzes the new attempts of FATF,international organization and one of the developed countries in the supervision of the anti-money laundering of virtual money.The fourth part is based on the above discussion,tried to found China's virtual money anti-money laundering supervision legal system,and establish a "Pyramid" like regulatory system.This conclusion can help our country to fill the blank of legal supervision in the field of virtual money antimoney laundering and bring useful inspiration for China to strengthen the supervision of anti-money laundering in the Internet age.
