Research On Compensation For Damage Of Express Service

China's Post Law amendment in 2009 put express service into this law,but for express damage compensation problem,it just provides applies related of civil law,so this paper will analyze related problems according to existing civil law.The problems include format contract effectiveness,legal relationship among checked people,carrier and recipient,legal status of receiver and express insured system.Followed by the problem of delivery delay,personal express information disclosure,express consignment damage and loss,then give advice of how to apply existing civil laws to solve the problem.Legal system design in logistics development is inevitable.Express service as an important part of national logistics system,also will be merged into this system.And to form such legal system need long-term practice and analysis of the problem occurred during the practice.In the end of the paper,I have proposed some suggestions to form China's legal system design of logistics.
