Research On Standardization Development Of Public Service Based On Relatively Centralized Administrative License Implementation Model

In the national economy,standardization is a comprehensive and fundamental work that plays an important role.It is an activity that provides solutions to reusable parts of related fields.Along with the continuous development of China's current administrative examination and approval system reform and service-oriented government development,local governments have begun to actively explore and bold innovation practices,combine the concept of standardization with government management,and relatively centralize administrative licensing rights in the reform of administrative examination and approval system.The public service of the implementation model has been standardized and has achieved certain results.In the research of this paper,firstly,the background of the topic selection and the meaning of the topic selection of the public service standardization development model of the relative centralized administrative license implementation are discussed.The relevant research status is collated in the literature,the qualitative research methods are determined,and the research ideas and research contents are introduced.The second chapter mainly summarizes the concepts involved in the paper and the relevant theories applied.The third chapter is mainly based on a specific case(the standardization development of public services in the L Municipal Services Service Center of Sichuan Province).This paper introduces the general situation of L City and Sichuan L Municipal Service Center in Sichuan Province,analyzes the status quo of public service standardization development of L Municipal Service Center in Sichuan Province from four dimensions,and analyzes the problems existing in the standardization of public service development and the causes of problems.On the basis of specific case analysis,the fourth chapter draws on the successful experience of the domestic centralized administrative licensing implementation model(government service center model),and analyzes its innovative measures and achievements,and puts forward relevant theory.Summary of this chapter.Finally,in the fifth chapter,we first put forward suggestions for perfecting the standardization development of public services of the L municipal government service center in Sichuan Province,and based on the model of the government service center,we will settle the research recommendations to the public service of the relatively centralized administrative licensing implementation model in China.Standardization of the development path to explore.At present,China's administrative examination and approval system reform has entered the deep water area.How to make the public service standardization development of the relatively centralized administrative licensing implementation model better promote the reform is also the focus of the author's introduction of relevant theoretical discussions.The author tries to select the government service center model as the research perspective through the research of this paper,and provides reference for the public service standardization development of the relatively centralized administrative license implementation mode,but the practical development and theoretical exploration of the application of standardization in this aspect also occur.In the past ten years,no matter whether the theoretical system or the research method is still developing and gradually improving,and it is limited by the author's research time and research ability,the research in this paper is only a preliminary exploration stage,and there are certain deficiencies.Still to be further improved.
