Research On Party Building Work In Shizhong Street Community Of Leling City

In recent years,with the continuous advancement of comprehensive deepening reforms,China's economic and social development has entered a new normal,with the consequent continuous optimization and adjustment of the economic system and social structure.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the community governance system and promote the downward shift of the focus of social governance to the grassroots.The community,as the most basic unit of the social governance system,will surely play an increasingly important role.How to strengthen community building,what role the community party organization should play is undoubtedly an important topic worth studying.Taking the party building work of Shizhong Street in Leling City as an example,this paper introduces the status and countermeasures of community party building work in five parts under the guidance of governance theory.The first is to expound the theory of governance and the theory of community party building for the community.The analysis of the party construction work provides theoretical guidance;the second is a comprehensive analysis of the status and dilemma of community party construction work in Shizhong Street,Leling City;the third is the analysis of some successful experiences of the current party building governance in China,and the fourth is the combination.The governance theory and the advanced practices of community party building work provide ideas and countermeasures for the improvement of party building work in the city streets.
