| In recent years,school bullying has become the focus of public concern.School bullying incidents can be frequently seen on TV,the internet and other news media,some of which even evolve into violent crimes,resulting in great negative social impact.The underlying reasons of school bullying occurring in the campus are dimensional,involving schools,families and society aspects.Under the current social conditions emphasizing law-based governance of the country,it's a beneficial exploration to solve school bullying by applying the rule of law both in thinking and actions.Employing research methods such as the literature analysis method,comparative research method,case analysis method and comprehensive analysis method,this article mainly explores the reasons of school bullying in China and its solutions through laws.The main contents are as follows: the first part is the introduction,which explains the reason why the topic is chosen,the purpose and significance of the research,the research review at home and abroad,and the methods of the research.The second part reinterprets the concept of school bullying based on the domestic and foreign studies,clarifies the social harm brought by school bullying,and summarizes the characteristics of school bullying and the different types of bullied objects.The third part gives an compelling explanation for the frequent occurrence of school bullying in China based on the latest relevant cases.According to the management measures and countermeasures issued by our government.The fourth part introduces the system and measures of national governance of school bullying,which provides experience for our country to solve school bullying,the fifth part investigates the current situation of campus bullying in China.Combining the characteristics of school bullying in China and drawing useful experience from abroad,the last part proposes a four-in-one linkage prevention mechanism associating government,society,school,family factors. |
