Research On Administrative Law Protection Of Personal Information In Big Data Era

Man is the basic unit of this society,and in the Internet era,understanding a person does not directly communicate face to face,but through the access to personal information,thus personal information has become an important way to understand the individual.In the process of managing society,the administrative organs always collect,use and store personal information more or less.Today,the value of personal information becomes more and more important.The way of collecting,utilizing and storing personal information of citizens also changes with the development of the era of big data,and this change has brought impact on the legal protection of personal information.However,at present,the Personal Information Protection Law has not been formally promulgated in China,and there are no uniform standards for the legal documents formulated by various regions to protect personal information,which brings confusion to the legislation,law enforcement and relief of personal information protection.In the process of collecting,utilizing and storing personal information,the government often leaks information.Therefore,the protection of personal information in the field of administrative law has become an urgent matter.This paper includes introduction,text and conclusion.The text consists of three parts.The first part is a general overview of the protection of personal information administrative law in the era of big data.Firstly,the background,concept and characteristics of big data are introduced.Then,the necessity of administrative law protection is analyzed from the aspects of information circulation and security.Finally,the theoretical basis of administrative law protection is analyzed.So that readers can have a certain understanding of personal information in the era of big data.The second part,in the era of big data,analyses the current situation and existing problems of legislation,law enforcement and relief of personal information administrative legislation protection in China.The third part is about the countermeasures to improve the protection of personal information administrative law in China.In view of the legal dilemma in the second part of personal information protection,and according tothe current situation in China,this paper puts forward some countermeasures.
