Research On The Current Situation And Improvement Of Website Information Publicity In Ningbo Municipal Government

With the advent of the information age,the integration of information resources is an important prerequisite for the decisions of the government,enterprises,research institutions and the public overall,the disclosure of government information has become the inevitable demand of the times.Along with the deepening of public political participation right and democratic supervision consciousness,as the information resource holder,government should open the information actively and timely,which gradually help to better protect the democratic rights of political participation,promote the pace of national democratization process.At the same time,it is also helpful for the construction and construction of service-oriented government,transparent government,and the goal of promoting the construction of the rule of law government and the sunshine government.The thesis selected Ningbo city as the research object.On the basis of defining relevant concepts,the paper gave the theoretical analysis of the necessity of government information disclosure and expounded the current situation and effect of Ningbo municipal government information disclosure.The result showed that the information disclosure work found a good trend shows a vertical linkage,smooth operation,overall progress,achieved some achievements.But there were also some problems,mainly about the poor quality of information,timely information disclosure is not enough;the uneven distribution of resources,focus on livelihood issues of insufficient attention;information disclosure is not comprehensive enough,some column content lack;the integration of information resources is low,public participation channels;in accordance with the application of public response to the presence of extended status,insufficient attention.The main causes of these problems lies in the government information public awareness;the quality of government information disclosure requirements is not high;the government information disclosure legal system is not perfect;the government information disclosure supervision and relief mechanism is not perfect.Therefore,the paper brings forward the policy suggestions include changing ideas,use the user thinking to meet the public demand;deep mining,improve the quality of information;improve the system of open government information,promoting standardized information disclosure;improve government information disclosure supervision and relief mechanism.
