Study On The Law Enforcement And Supervision Of Land About Yuyao

Land resource is the foundation of our life,the source of wealth and the foundation of ecology.It supports the various industries,related to thousands of households,related to the country’s sustainable development.The Ministry of Land and Resources undertakes the important duties of protecting the land and resources,saving intensive use of land resources and safeguarding the interests of the masses.Land law enforcement supervision is an important means to ensure the implementation of laws and regulations of land management,is an important way to prevent the legal rights and interests of the land rights parties.It is an important way to prevent the loss of state land assets.In recent years,with the accelerated process of urbanization,the contradiction between economic development and demand for land has become increasingly prominent.To some extent,the phenomenon of land violations is intensified.Individuals,enterprises and even local governments have been driven by different interests to become the subject of land violations.Moreover,the forms and methods of illegal activities are becoming more and more diverse and complicated.Although the state has promulgated a lot of policies and regulations aimed at curbing land violations,but the phenomenon of land violations has been repeated.It is a severe challenge for the current law enforcement supervision to limit violations of laws and regulations in the land and resources fields.It is also an important yardstick to test the level of law enforcement and supervision.At present,the difficulties faced by the grass-roots are outstanding.Therefore,it is not only of local significance but also of global significance to carry out the study of law enforcement and supervision of land at the grass-roots level.This paper applies the relevant theories of land law enforcement supervision,combined with the current situation of land law enforcement and supervision in Yuyao.Data and cases are used to analyze the existing problems of land law enforcement supervision in Yuyao.The research points out the crucial reasons of the problem.By drawing lessons from the advanced experience aboard and in other do cities,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the land law enforcement supervision in Yuyao.First,strengthen the independence of land law enforcement supervision departments.The second is to promote cooperation between other departments.The third is to increase the investigation and punishment of land violations.
