Research On Xi Jinping's Thought Of Rural Poverty Governance

The problem of poverty is a worldwide problem.In the context of China,rural poverty governance is a long-term and complex project.Xi Jinping's thought of ??rural poverty governance is an important part of his economic thought and the thought of the governance of China,and he has completed a comprehensive plan for winning the new round of poverty alleviation,and has provided scientific guidance for building an all-round moderately prosperous society,to lift all of its poor out of poverty,poor counties out of poverty and the regional issue of poverty be taken care of by 2020.This article adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey and dialogue interview method,multi-disciplinary cross-synthesis method,and comparative analysis method try to research Xi Jinping's thought of rural poverty governance from four perspectives: the contemporary background,theoretical sources,main contents,and significant meaning.The second part of the article is about the contemporary background of Xi Jinping's thought of rural poverty governance.Looking at the world,there are 700 million people living in extreme poverty.The causes of poverty are complex and diverse.In poverty reduction practices,different countries are also faced with unbalanced and inadequate governance problems;In China,there are more than 30 million people did not escape poverty.Since the clarion call for poverty alleviation and hardships,in the specific practice of rural poverty governance,there have been prominent problems of temporary poverty in rural areas,difficulty in domestic rural poverty alleviation methods,and poor awareness of active poverty alleviation among the main body of poverty reduction.Problems,these problems have become shortcomings for building an all-round moderately prosperous society.The third part of the article is about the theoretical origin of Xi Jinping's thought of rural poverty governance.Classical Marxist writers' theory of anti-poverty theory and the exploration and practice of the central leadership collectives in the specific historical stages of rural poverty governance constitute the main theoretical source of Xi Jinping's thought of rural poverty governance.Xi Jinping put forward abandonment of his predecessors' governance strategy,based on the current situation and new features,and on the basis of extensive investigations and studies,he has formed his own unique insights and governance ideas for rural poverty governance.The fourth part of the article is about the main contents of Xi Jinping's thought of rural poverty governance.This article abstracts its main content into three objectives: the goals to be achieved in rural poverty governance,the principles to be followed,and the power source to be adopted.In the aspect of governance objectives,we must discuss the issue in three dimensions;In the aspect of principles,we must not only adhere to local conditions and make decisions,but mustalso persist in learning and learning from each other.We must also uphold the leadership of the Communist Party of China;In terms of power source,we must emphasize accurate poverty alleviation.The five major working mechanisms,including mental poverty alleviation,ecological poverty alleviation,effectiveness evaluation of poverty alleviation,and major poverty alleviation mechanisms including government,market,and society's coordinated participation in governance,are organically integrated with the establishment of financial poverty alleviation,technological poverty alleviation,education poverty alleviation,and industrial poverty alleviation governance combination so as to realize the conversion from "blood transfusion" to "blood-making" and realize the combination of poverty alleviation,helping and supporting intelligence.The fifth part of the article is about the significance of Xi Jinping's thought of rural poverty governance.It's not only enriched the Marxist poverty theory,developed the Marxist social communication theory,but also embodied the Marxist view of the people.In the real context,it is also conducive to facilitating the pace of building an all-round moderately prosperous society,contributing to social stability,consolidating the leadership of the ruling party,and helping to provide Chinese programs for anti-poverty measures in the world.
