Since the concept of "job burnout" was proposed at the end of the 20 th century, scholars have devoted themselves to the study of job burnout.Among them, the police are regarded as a high-risk group of job burnout.Because the profession of the police is special, their work pressure is higher and their social responsibility is larger. At the same time, they are also more dangerous and often in stress.Such professional characteristics make them more prone to job burnout than other occupations. Most of the job burnout of the police is to study some explicit factors such as gender, age, police age,and position. The factors concerning the individual's implicit social cognition are not yet clear.Because of the news of violence from police and civilians affected the image of the police in the public's mind. The purpose of this study is to explore whether police officers of different levels of job burnout will have an implicit attitude towards aggression.Whether they are really being fatigued working conditions, and make the police more hostile. In this study, the police from Ganzhou City took the CBMI questionnaires and implicit association test.Through statistical analysis of t-test,variance analysis, correlation analysis and other methods, the following conclusions are drawn:1.The police officers in this experiment had a moderate degree of general burnout.Among them, policemen's gender, education level, health self-evaluation level, and police demographic variables are not significantly different in terms of job burnout(p>0.05).2.The policemen of different ages have significant differences in burnout burnout dimensions,F(4,81)=4.427,p<0.01,of which emotional exhaustion score is the lowest under 25 years old,and emotional exhaustion rate is the highest among 36 to 40 years old.3.There is a significant difference in the occupational burnout dimension between police officers of different marital status F(2,83)=5.159,p<0.01.Among them, the degree of depletion of unmarried police is significantly lower than that of married police.4.The interpersonal relationships with the people in the workplace have an impact on the job burnout of the police F(2,83)=11.371,p<0.001.Among them, the difference between the very satisfied interpersonal relationships and the relatively satisfactory and general levels is significantly different in the dimensions of depletion and reduction of sense of accomplishment. That is,the better the interpersonal relationship in the workplace, the lower the degree of depletion, and the less the sense of achievement is reduced.5.The difference in the dimensions of occupational burnout among police officers of different ages is extremely significant F(5,80)=5.238,p < 0.001.Among them, the police depletion dimension with police age less than five years is the lowest.6.The demographic variables such as gender, age, education level, health self-evaluation level, marital status, workplace interpersonal relationship, and police breed have no significant influence on the police's implicit aggression, which also indicates that the aggressive aggressive behavior has cross-context.The consistency and relative stability.(p>0.05)7.The police's implicit aggressiveness has significant differences in the degree of burnout F(2,83)=5.469,p<0.01,and there is a significant positive correlation between 0.01 and 0.01.8.The degree of job burnout of the police has an impact on their implicit aggression. The higher the degree of job burnout of the police is,the higher the aggression awareness of others is in the aggressive implicit cognition. Finally, based on the research results, this paper puts forward some suggestions for relieving the police burnout methods.
