Research On The Function Orientation Of Procuratorate Under The Background Of Supervision Commission Reform

With the reform of the Commission in the whole country,it has a relatively large impact on the original political power structure of our country.In this reform,the procuratorial organ has undoubtedly been greatly affected,and the part of its prosecutorial function related to duty crime has been transferred to the Commission.Before the reform,the work of duty crime is the important function orientation of procuratorial organs.Today,the reform of the Commission has shifted this part.This is bound to bring new functional positioning problems to the procuratorial organs.We know that the field of duty crime is inextricably linked to many of the work of the procuratorial organs.For example,the function of legal supervision is carried out,and the right of investigation of duty crime is the strong backing behind this work,which can be compared with the decentralization in the administrative organs.Now this backing of the procuratorial organs is gone,and naturally someone is beginning to worry about it,and of course some people are beginning to actively find a way out for the future development and change of the procuratorial organs.And this way out lies in giving the procuratorial organ a new function orientation.For the function orientation of the procuratorate,we can’t simply look for the answer from one angle.Based on the above thinking,in carrying out the research,the author intends to start from the perspective of the historical,cultural and ideological factors that affect the function orientation of the procuratorate,and through the research method of combining practical investigation and theoretical research,to find out the principle behind the existence of the procuratorial system,which is revealed by the principle behind it is the supervision of the Procuratorate,Therefore,after monitoring the reform of the system,the function orientation of the procuratorate should continue to strengthen its supervision attribute,and how to achieve its strengthening of its own supervision attributes,from the perspective of public interest protection,to take the functional orientation of the guardian of the public welfare.It is hoped that the results of our research can provide some value for reference and reference for China’s Procuratorate to successfully complete the new functional orientation after monitoring the reform system.
