With the changes in the population structure of our country,the problem of aging has become increasingly prominent.Smart pension system enables older people to enjoy better aged care services.Health recommendation service is closely related to the health of the elderly and older people are faced with more health problems.Therefore,it is necessary.However,the recommendation results of most health websites on the market are based on keyword search or user clicks.The recommendation results are not targeted and have low accuracy,and cannot meet the needs of the elderly online health consultation.In view of this problem,this thesis,based on the current research status of health service recommendation algorithm,improves and tests the existing doctor recommendation algorithm,improves the doctor recommendation accuracy,and applies the improved hybrid doctor recommendation algorithm.The accuracy of current health service in the software is insufficient.Specifically,this article contains the following work:1.This thesis summaries the background of the research civil and abroad,analyzes the shortcomings of the smart pension system and proposes the direction of this article—health service recommendation software.Through the analysis of the needs of the health service recommendation software,the system structure of the software is clarified,and the technical solution of the software is determined.In the end,the health service recommendation software was designed as a website based on MVC structure and B/S architecture.2.According to the deficiency of the current health service recommendation area,this thesis improves an existing algorithm and forms the improved hybrid doctor recommendation algorithm.This algorithm adds the similarity of the disease description semantics and the similarity of the doctor interaction to the existing hybrid doctor recommendation algorithm.It ranks and recommends the doctors in the user recommendation list through the finally calculated doctor recommendation degree.Finally,the thesis selects the optimum weight coefficient of the improved hybrid doctor recommendation algorithm,and compares with other doctor recommendation methods.3.The thesis designed the software and database according to the requirement analysis in detail,including health care,care plans,and health consultation modules.Particularly,it describes the doctor recommendation module in detail.4.A software testing program was designed to test the software performance and function of the health service recommendation software.The results show that the software meets the project requirements and achieves the desired goals. |
