Study On The Mechanism Of Fault Responsibility In Prison Law Enforcement

In recent years,the prison business has developed rapidly,and many new research topics have emerged.This paper studies the prevention and control of fault liability in prison law enforcement.In order to make innovations,this paper focuses on its jurisprudence,current situation and problems by using literature research method,qualitative research method,comparative study method,materialist dialectics and so on,trying to establish new mechanism.First of all,this article from the status quo of the prison law enforcement fault accountability with the emphasis and deficiency of domestic prison authorities within the prison experience in law enforcement fault accountability issues;secondly,the prison law enforcement fault accountability mechanism carried out in-depth analysis,the paper introduces the definition,the prison law enforcement fault accountability elements,the consequences of liability rules;thirdly,this paper explores the establishment of prison law enforcement fault accountability mechanism,from the establishment of prison law enforcement fault accountability to start,establish related system,and made it clear that the prison law enforcement fault accountability standards and establishing and perfecting the law enforcement fault accountability procedures and accountability mechanism;finally,this paper the prison authorities and the police,to prevent the source of law enforcement fault,starting from the characteristics of American law enforcement of the police Compared with the current situation in China,the necessity and basic ideas of establishing a standard system for law enforcement are obtained.
