Research On The Legal Issues Of The Reform Of The Registered Capital Registration System

In March 1,2014,the new "company law" implemented,the implementation of the registered capital subscribed registration system,the abolition of the minimum registered capital subscribed time,relaxation of investment,limited registration,no need to submit verification certificate.The reform of this system has greatly stimulated the vitality of the market economy.But at the same time,because the legal system is not perfect,people recognize the lack of a correct understanding of the registered capital of a system,although the main company has been rapid development,but also bring hidden trouble to the safety of transactions,in addition to many legal issues on corporate disputes.This paper first summarized points of reform of the registered capital of the registration system,the new problems brought by the reform of company registration data and the company disputes at the same time the use of data after the reform of the city of Nanjing to investigate the analysis,combining with the case of registration of the registered capital of several legal problems after the reform of the system.
