Study On The Relationship Between Urban And Rural Areas From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

"Urban-rural relationship" is an important part of social relations,the Marxist theory of urban-rural relations points out that the emergence and development of urban-rural relations results from social division of labor,rooted in the development of social productive forces.The evolution of urban-rural relations in China follows the law of productivity development and adjusts policies in accordance with the requirements of productivity development to ensure that urban and rural relations are compatible with the level of productivity development,and has generally experienced four stages of development,such as urban-rural balance,urban bias,urban and rural integration and urban-rural fusion.The rural revitalization strategy has pushed forward the relationship between urban and rural areas towards a higher stage of development of urban-rural integration,the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,the promotion of new urbanization must deal with the relationship between urban and rural areas,and reshaping the new urban and rural relations between workers and peasants is of great significance for promoting coordinated development between urban and rural areas.The rural-urban relationship under the rural revitalization strategy is rich in connotation,the essence is the high integration of urban and rural areas,the core is people-oriented,the key is urban and rural synergy.Urban-rural relations in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy and the promotion of new-type urbanization process also presents a new characteristics,the mingling between urban and rural areas follow the principle of seeking common ground while reserving differences,urban and rural co-prosperity to complementary advantages as a means,the most urgent is regarding rural development as the focus of filling the short board.To achieve urban-rural integration,we must solve a series of outstanding problems,eliminate the obstacles to urban-rural integration,take practical measures to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,and properly solve the "urban diseases" and "rural diseases" that occur in the process of urbanization.Urban-rural integration is the inevitable requirements to implement the rural revitalization strategy,andit'snot only the present but the future,and end in itself.Adhere to the problem orientation and goal orientation,deal with the relationship between rural revitalization and new-type urbanization,change the way of thinking from the perspective of industry and agriculture,urban and rural areas,citizens and farmers,improve the policy mechanism,integrate social resources,in order to truly establish a new type of urban-rural relationship with national development goals in line with the requirements of social development,people's development expectations.
