The Construction Of China's Financial Leasing Registration System

Financial leasing is one of the top five international financial services.Although the development of China's financial leasing industry is still in its infancy,But in recent years,China's financial leasing industry has developed rapidly.And there will be considerable development in the future.The financial leasing system has been improved and developed to some extent in recent years,the laws of the financial leasing industry are still not perfect,especially in the financial leasing registration system.The imperfection of the financial leasing registration system leads to an increase in disputes over the ownership of financial leasing,and the lack of a system makes the judgment of the court tend to protect the rights and interests of third parties.In order to protect the rights of the lessor,balance the interests between the parties,and reduce the risk of financial leasing transactions,It is imperative to build a national unified financial leasing registration system.this paper will study the construction of the financial leasing registration system,Based on the existing financial leasing registration system,Referring to the relevant laws of domestic law and international law and the market of China's financial leasing industry,I will put forward suggestions for improvement.And elaborate on my own views and understandings in specific institutional arrangements for reference.
