The Criminal Law Regulation Of Stealing Virtual Property

There are more and more cases with virtual property as the object of litigation,but there is no clear law to protect the virtual property in the criminal law of our country.Although there is a lot of theoretical research on virtual property,most of them are different from each other.The basic protection of virtual property is to find out the nature of virtual property,that is,whether virtual property belongs to property or not.This paper analyzes the legal nature of virtual property by exploring the interpretation of"virtual property"as"property"from three angles:the interpretation of literary meaning,the intersection of civil and criminal sentences and the trend of development.Then through the concrete analysis of"stealing virtual property",to explore the protection path of virtual property.In accordance with the principle of stability of criminal law,it is feasible for criminal law to regulate virtual property crime by regulating the act of"stealing virtual property"in the existing criminal protection system,which can cover this act.
