Study On The Practice Of The Late Stage Support Policy For Reservoir Resettlement In Zhenjiang City

So late-stage supporting is a basic work that our country government of all levels should take seriously and the implementation of late-stage supporting policies is also an important matter related to the national economic and people’s livelihood.To solve the problems about the production and living properly,promote the sustainable development of economic and society of immigrants in reservoir and settlement areas,maintain social stability of rural areas,the state council have approved that unified late-stage support policies will be implemented for rural resettlement of large and medium-sized reservoirs nationwide since July 1,2006.Since the implementation of the policy,great economic and social benefits have been achieved,but there are still some problems.How to implement the late-stage support policy of reservoir resettlement and promote the sustainable development of reservoir resettlement is far-reaching significance and important.Firstly,this paper investigates the progress of resettlement projects in Zhenjiang Reservoir Area and the implementation of support policies in the later stage,and summarizes the main measures and problems in the implementation of support policies in the later stage of resettlement in Zhenjiang City.Secondly,with four typical examples of post-migration support in the four reservoir areas in Zhenjiang City,this paper analyzed and commented on the four aspects of migration and resettlement,beautiful home construction,income increase and wealth of migrants and comprehensive management,and summarized the measures,experience and Enlightenment in the implementation of post-migration support policy.Finally,using statistical theory,the above four aspects are refined,and 21 quantitative indicators are selected.Based on this,an index evaluation system of post-migration support policy for reservoir area migrants is established based on the possibility mean clustering model.The living status of reservoir area migrants in Zhenjiang City is evaluated and analyzed,and the living standard of reservoir area migrants is evaluated and analyzed in combination with the actual economic development of Zhenjiang City.Quantitative and accurate evaluation results are obtained through evaluation and classification.
