Research On The Problem Of Bullying In School And Its Countermeasures

In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and society and the rapid development of network technology,information dissemination is more extensive and convenient.At the same time,the content of bullying on the campus of primary and secondary school students appears frequently on the Internet and in newspapers.It has gradually entered the public horizon and attracted the attention of the whole society.It has become a hot topic for a time.The bullying problem of primary and secondary school students will not only have a serious impact on the physical and mental health of teenagers,but also endanger the safe and harmonious campus environment,and even serious cases will lead to illegal and criminal acts,which is not conducive to social harmony.Effective prevention of campus bullying and maintenance of a safe and harmonious campus life and growth environment for primary and secondary school students have important practical value.Taking X School in Shaanxi Province as an example,this paper conducts a practical survey by using questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview.It analyses the status quo of campus bullying in X School from various aspects,and analyzes the causes of campus bullying,and sums up the prevention and Treatment Countermeasures of campus bullying in primary and secondary schools.The full text is divided into four parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the background and significance of this topic,puts forward research ideas and methods,and defines the concept of campus bullying.Through the search of HowNet,the relevant representative literature is summarized and summarized,and the literature review is sorted out.The second part combs out the current situation of bullying of primary and secondary school students in our country according to relevant policies and regulations,and makes an empirical analysis of the bullying situation of X school through questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews,which provides evidence support for the analysis of the causes of the later part.The third part summarizes and analyses the causes of campus bullying from four aspects: individual,school,family and society.The fourth part gives solutions to the reasons: first,the individual should correctly handle interpersonal relationships and establish legal responsibility consciousness.Secondly,schools should improve campus safety management,strengthen teachers' sense of responsibility,enrich campus cultural activities,and pay attention to mental healtheducation.Emphasis should be placed on Home-School cooperation,and school social workers should be introduced to realize full-time post.Thirdly,the family should strengthen the sense of family responsibility,optimize the concept of family education,and attach importance to the cultivation of parent-child relationship.Fourth,the society should improve the legal and regulatory system,optimize the network environment,strengthen the supervision mechanism,and promote multi-sectoral cooperation.
