Research On The Influence Of Social Responsibility Of Tourism Destinations On The Participation Of Community Residents In Tourism Development: The Adjustment Mechanism Of Community Empowerment

With the deepening of modern tourism,the interests of tourism attractions and communities are becoming more and more close.Local residents actively rely on tourist attractions to participate in tourism production and development process,and become an important way to improve the livelihood of community residents,optimize the tourism service system,and shape a comfortable tourism environment,and then make outstanding contributions to increasing the interests of tourism scenic spots and realizing the healthy and sustainable development of tourism destinations.The development of the current community emphasizes the empowerment of residents,the status of the “owner” of the residents is strengthened,and the empowerment of the community has become a hot spot for scholars.Therefore,based on the theory of community empowerment,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to clarify the mechanism of social responsibility of tourism in community participation.Based on the “shared development theory” proposed by President Xi Jinping,the Xuefengshan Tourism Management Company of Hunan Province relies on the local high-quality mountain water resources to develop a shared poverty alleviation model.The benefit-sharing longterm poverty alleviation mechanism has enabled local poor villagers to achieve orderly poverty alleviation,and finally realize the “dividend” of tourism development between the scenic spot and the local community.At the same time,local enterprises actively undertake the corresponding social responsibility to effectively improve the quality of life of residents,job satisfaction,and the strengthening role of community empowerment,further stimulating the willingness of community residents to participate in tourism.Therefore,scientifically quantify the social responsibility of tourism,community participation and community empowerment,and clarify the mechanism of social responsibility of the research area on community participation has become a major difficulty and innovation point of this paper.In view of this,this study randomly used interviews and questionnaires to investigate the residents of Xuefeng Mountain Scenic Area,and then used SPSS software and structural equation model to deeply explore the mechanism of social responsibility's participation in community residents.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The community residents participating in tourism development in Xuefeng Mountain Tourist Area are at a medium level,and demographic variables become an important factor affecting the difference in participation level;(2)Social responsibility of tourism sites has a significant positive impact on community participation in the case;community empowerment has a significant positive impact on community participation,but the political empowerment dimension has no significant positive impact on community participation.(3)Community empowerment plays a regulatory role between tourism social responsibility and community participation,and political empowerment does not play a regulatory role in tourism social responsibility and community participation.Finally,this paper discusses from the perspective of community empowerment,relevant tourism legislation and scenic area management system,in order to provide scientific and effective enlightenment for the planning and community management of Xuefeng Mountain Tourism Area in Xupu,Hunan.
