In recent years,the marital infringement damage compensation cases was increasing trend.The Marriage Act has been amended several times,except for small number of regulatory violations,after all,no systemic issues related to marital tort relief provisions,Judicial practice in cases of infringement damages verdict was mixed.This paper argues that it is necessary to study the marriage inner act of tort and civil responsibility of marital tort materialized,will enable more effective relief to the rights of victims.Establishing the marital infringement damage system,capable of effective regulation of Torts,better protection of the rights of both couples,but also to preserve family harmony and stability,which is of positive significance to promoting the stability of society as a whole.This paper is divided into eight chapters: Chapter ?
