In recent years,new media represented by the Internet has gone through the rapid development.With the explosion of network content production,new problems of intellectual property infringement is coming.The online trading platform has also become one of the high incidence areas of intellectual property rights infringement.As one of the BAT,Alibaba group's dominant business is e-commerce and finance.1688 website is the flagship business of Ali group.It is the leading domestic trade e-business platform of China's small enterprises.Based on the sample of 219 Alibaba intellectual property judgments sample,according to Quantitative research,the archer may explore the actual state of China Internet giant enterprises and the judicial protection of intellectual property rights;the main influencing factors to the intellectual property infringement litigation.The principle of Safe harbor principle,the subdivision of proportion,and the solution of the problems may also be presented in this study.
