The Research On The Legal Problems Of The Supervision On The Valuation Adjustment Mechanism In The Listed Companies In Neeq

Due to difficulties in financing of the small private enterprises,the Valuation Adjustment Mechanism has been widely used.In this paper,the research will focus on the Valuation Adjustment Mechanism in the listed companies of the National Equities Exchange and Quotations.Whether the VAM could be admitted or not is due to three questions.The first one is whether the VAM itself is in conformity with the law.The second one is whether the VAM would break the listing rules of the NEEQ.The third one is the problems caused by the forbidden of the VAM.The regulatory authorities should develop a negative list of the VAM and make rules on the information disclosure,to ensure investors can fully understand the risk of the VAM.
