The Urban Grass-roots Public Service Government And Social Organizations Supply Research

The economic development has given rise to an increase in the demand for public services.If we continue to regard the government as the only supplier,the potential of the grassroots society will not be effectively used.With the deepening of research,political and social cooperation has become an ideal choice in the public service.However,the current cooperation between the two shows a deformed,imperfect state.The government departments still have not shaken off the traditional administrative thinking.However,due to the lack of ability,social organizations can hardly win the right.In general,the supply objective of urban grassroots public services has not been achieved.This article attempts to explore and construct an effective model for public-private cooperation in the provision of urban grassroots public services,review and elaborate relevant theories;clarify the background;consider public service supply chain management as the main research line;and the government and social organizations.The “ cooperation motives ”,“ cooperation methods ” and“ cooperation platforms ” in the city serve as the analytical framework for the articles.First,the cooperation motives in the provision of public services are clearly defined.The motivation of cooperation directly affects the way of cooperation.This article starts from the internal and external motives of cooperation and discusses the main factors affecting the cooperation motives of the two organizations.Second,it explores the cooperation modes between the two organizations.The mode of cooperation affects efficiency.Finding out the main ways of the current cooperation between the two organizations,and then discuss the difficulties and the root causes of the current cooperation methods.Analyze the cooperation platform of the two organizations.The cooperation platform determines the satisfaction of the service.Through the classification of the cooperation platform,the main current cooperation platform are found.Finally,using the typical case of Qinhong,the theory and structure of article design are tested empirically.On this basis,the relevant policy recommendations for optimizing the cooperative relationship between the government and social organizations in the provision of public services in the city's grassroots are pointed out.
