Research On Rural Governance Mechanism Reconstruction From The Perspective Of Urban-rural Interaction

The rural governance mechanism is an important part of rural governance.Its perfection is directly related to the direction and results of rural governance.At present,China's rural social structure,economic structure,industrial structure,and ownership structure have undergone a dramatic transformation.Villagers' organizational methods,economic sources,stratum relations,interest patterns,production and lifestyle,behavioral patterns,and value concepts are undergoing profound changes.The original rural governance mechanism has become increasingly unsuited to the changing reality of the countryside.How to establish and improve the rural governance mechanism that is in line with China's national conditions,rules,and orderliness and full of vigor is an urgent and realistic issue that needs to be solved urgently.This topic is guided by the Marxist urban-rural interaction theory and draws on the rational components of western governance theory.It studies in accordance with the logical framework of “theory-practice” and “problem-measure” and analyzes concretely the problems existing in the current rural governance mechanism.A deep analysis of the key mechanisms of the village governance mechanism,the multi-subjective cooperation mechanism,and the practical difficulties faced by the integration mechanism of governance resources,and efforts were made to explore specific measures for reengineering rural governance mechanisms.From the perspective of interaction between urban and rural areas,we can reconstruct incentive mechanisms,benefit coordination mechanisms,accountability mechanisms,trust mechanisms,and negotiation mechanisms for multi-subjective cooperation,reengineering information resources integration mechanisms,financial resources integration mechanisms,human resources integration mechanisms,social resources integration mechanisms,and cultural ethics.Resource integration mechanism,improve rural governance,better promote rural governance practices,and achieve long-term rural development.The full text is divided into five chapters,and discusses the practical difficulties and countermeasures of rural governance.The first chapter: Introduction.It mainly elaborated the research background and significance of this topic,summarized and evaluated the existing research,and introduced the research methods applied to this topic.The second chapter mainly explains the basic concepts and theoretical basis of the rural governance mechanism under the interaction between urban and rural areas.Defining the related concepts of urban-rural interaction,rural governance,and rural governance mechanisms.The theoretical support for the study of this topic was expounded,including the Marxist urban-rural interaction theory,western multi-center governance theory,and overall governance theory.The third chapter mainly introduces the practical exploration of the rural governance mechanism,summarizes the effective methods,valuable experience and inadequacies of the innovation of the rural governance mechanism under the interaction between the urban and rural areas.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes and combs the realistic dilemma of the rural governance mechanism under the interaction between urban and rural areas.From the two dimensions of the multi-agent cooperation mechanism and the integration mechanism of governance resources,the realistic dilemmas faced by the key mechanisms of rural governance are analyzed.The fifth chapter: mainly analyzes the effective path and measures of the reconstruction of rural governance mechanism.It proposes to reengineer multi-subject cooperation mechanism and integration mechanism of governance resources.
