Research On The Legal Culture Transmission Function And Its Realization Mechanism Of The Legal Network Drama

Since the reform and opening up,the film and TV series involving the law has been one of the important ways of the communication of legal culture in our country.It not only presents the legal system of our country,transfers legal information to the public,but also popularizes legal knowledge to the public,disseminate legal culture,and help the public to imperceptibly set up legal belief.The homemade online drama has become a new way of watching TV plays in the Internet age.As a carrier,the homemade network drama involving the law plays a responsibility to disseminate the legal culture and the spirit of the rule of law to the public.At present,the research on the homemade play in China's legal network mainly focus on the network drama's carrier.It's concerned about the development of the network drama,the way of creation and the communication strategy.There is little concern about the nature of the "law involving" in the homemade network drama.This article,starting with the nature of the law,combs and studies the present legal network drama from the perspective of legal culture communication.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part is a general overview of the legal network drama and legal culture communication.First of all,through the analysis of the concept,classification and value orientation of the legal network drama,it forms the overall understanding of the legal network drama.Secondly,through the combing of legal culture,on the basis of understanding the definition of the concept of Chinese and western legal culture and the origin and connotation of the legal culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics,it analyze the legal culture elements contained in our the legal network drama with specific cases.Thirdly,through the symbol of plot,language and character image involved in the legal network drama,it analyzes the way to realize the legal culture transmission function in the legal network drama.Finally,through the analysis of the content and the carrier of communication,it can understand the characteristics of the legal culture of the spread by the legal network drama.The second part is mainly about the significance of realizing the legal and cultural communication function of the legal network drama,analyzing its positive role in two aspects of society and individual.The positive role of the society is manifested in three aspects: building the concept of socialist rule of law,establishing socialist legal belief and building a socialist legal environment;the positive role of the individual is manifested in the enhancement of citizens' legal consciousness,the improvement of citizens' legal cognition,and the improvement of the legal practice of citizens in three aspects.The third part mainly studies the problems about the legal culture communication function of the legal network drama,one is that the excessive marketization leads to the tendency of violence,the distortion of social reality,the misleading of the young,and causes the deviation of the legal value;two is that the literary elements such as main lines of the emotional thread and heroism are too much,drowning the main line of the rule of law;three is that has some mistakes in the basic legal knowledge,such as incorrect expression of legal terms,illegal setting of personage relationship,violation of relevant procedural law and so on,which has damaged the authority of law.The fourth part,in view of the existing problems of legal culture communication in the legal network drama,begins with three aspects: the creation mechanism,the external review mechanism,and the internal self-discipline mechanism.It can achieve the legal and cultural dissemination function of the legal network drama throughincreasing the legal literacy of the creators,employing the professional legal advisers' team,strengthening the examination of the competent departments,supervising by the public,strict self-trial system,and other measures about self-regulation of network drama industry.The article tries to research on the legal culture transmission function and its realization mechanism of the legal network drama,not only to play the positive role of the new type network culture market involved in legal culture communication,but also to strengthen the government supervision,social supervision,internal selfdiscipline,and to carry out the correct value guidance to it,achieving the important task of spreading law culture and carrying forward the rule of law spirit.
