Legal Issues On The Protection Of Investors' Rights In Gansu

Under the new normal of China's economy,attracting investment is still an effective means to stimulate the rapid development of local economy,which has been highly valued and concerned by local governments.There are many factors that affect the investment environment of a region,besides the hard environment such as infrastructure supporting,there are also internal effects.The influence of the environment of rule of law on the investment environment is particularly obvious and important.Only by establishing a good investment environment of rule of law can the local economy be lively.Moving is fairer,more open and more orderly.Gansu province is located in the northwestern part of China's land map.Its natural environment is bad and its economic development level is not high.In recent years,Gansu Province has been constantly optimizing the development environment,promoting the construction of a government ruled by law,increasing the strength and scale of attracting investment,and attracting more foreign investment by building a more fair and just investment environment ruled by law.The current investment environment in Gansu Province is generally relatively good,but the policy legislation,administrative law enforcement and administrative intervention need to be further strengthened and improved.Based on the study of investment environment of Gansu Province and the author's working practice in the provincial investment department,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the meaning,composition and influence of the investment environment,sums up the existing problems from the aspects of legislation,law enforcement and law-abiding,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the investment environment.In order to further improve the investment environment in Gansu Province,establishing the rule of law is the fundamental policy to prevent and treat the risks of investment attraction.
