| Family dispute is one of the most frequent disputes in social life.Its own particularity determines the incomparable superiority of ADR mechanism in solving disputes.At present,the development of out-of-litigation settlement mechanism for family disputes in China is relatively backward,which seriously restricts its role in solving family disputes.Therefore,on the basis of comparing and drawing lessons from foreign countries and regions,it is necessary to explore how to apply the ADR mechanism to the family trial system in China,and the introduction of court-attached ADR mechanism in the field of family trials will be conducive to the future promotion of ADR mechanism in other civil disputes. |
