Recent years,real estate industry is becoming one of the pillar of economic development in our country gradually.In the socialist market economy system,as the phenomena of "bubble"intensified,it's too far from enough to just rely on the spontaneous adjustment of the market.Though local government have introduced many policies,not only to modulate own situation of real estate market continuously,but also to strengthen the real estate market housing commodity development structure optimization,trying to motivate the potential buyers to buy,inventory pressures are still on the rise.On the other hand,"to stuck"and must involve the seller and the buyer,the influence of the managers,the third party and so on various aspects.In this case,it's very important to handle the relationship between government and market.Through appropriate intervention,government put forward corresponding countermeasures.Using the visible hand of the government and the invisible hand of the market,so that that two wheel of the government and the market rotate more coordinately towards the same goal in the same direction.Giving full play to the advantages of both promoting the new historical conditions to effectively resolve the real estate inventory target.In the view of the real estate inventory problems still to be solved.This article,using the method of literature?case analysis,to Baotou as an example,discusses the measure of city government in the real estate "to stuck"problem ?problems encountered and cause of system analysis,put forward same suggestions which may promote the work of Baotou city real estate "to stuck"more.It plays a certain practical significance to promote the rapid development of the real estate industry and promote the function of macro-control our government plays.
