Research On Government's Utilization Of Enterprise Resources In Natural Disasters

In the process of responding to sudden natural disasters,our country emphasizes that the government takes the lead in actively and effectively invoking various resources.From the relevant research results at home and abroad,it can be clear that in the process of responding to natural disasters,the government's active and effective use of resources in the enterprise is a powerful guarantee for guaranteeing the high-speed and high-quality advancement of the natural disaster response process.For this reason,when the government calls for corporate resources to respond to natural disasters,it needs to actively construct relevant communication mechanisms to ensure that the government can have sufficient corporate resources to invest in natural disasters at any time.This study takes the study of the government's use of corporate resources in natural disaster response as the research subject.Through the implementation of literature research methods and case studies in the research process,a more comprehensive study has been conducted on the subject of this research.The supporting theories of this research topic,social mobilization theory and collaborative governance theory,are briefly introduced.From the basic principles and objectives of the government's call for corporate resources to respond to natural disasters,the author examines the current state of the government's response to natural disasters by invoking corporate resources,and discusses the Wenchuan earthquake,the Lushan earthquake and the Yushu earthquake in Qinghai,and the south of 2008.The local government that emerged during the disaster relief process concentrated on the issue that the government has not adequately inflicted corporate resources on disaster relief,illegally embezzled and used related corporate resources,and even the incentives for related enterprises involved in natural disaster support were not in place.reveal.After revealing and examining the problems exposed by the current situation,the author has found out from the perspective of root analysis that due to the lack of sound legal andregulatory support,lack of effective communication between the government and enterprises,and insufficient supervision over the use of corporate resources.Factors such as deviations in values between government and enterprises have led to many problems that have emerged during the current joint efforts of China's government and enterprises in disaster relief.Finally,from the system,concept,information and organizational level,combined with the institutional reforms being carried out in our country,this article has made efforts to establish the emergency management department and put forward the proposal of establishing a multi-dimensional information communication platform.It is expected to help the government to make better use of corporate resources in natural disaster response.
