Research On The Administrative Examination And Approval System Reform In Qingshan District Of Wuhan Under The Background Of "Internet + Government Service"

The reform of Administrative Examination and Approval System is an effective way to transform government functions.It has been reformed several times in Qingshan District of Wuhan city since 2001,and the reform has achieved remarkable results.But as the government personnel perform poorly backward ideas,the mechanism and system is not running smoothly,the department interest structure is imbalance,in the reform,there are still some problems such as the discontinuity of reform policies,the inadequate use of information technology,the inadequacy of examination and approval,and the imperfect examination and approval mechanism..Based on the new public management theory,the new public service theory and the holistic governance theory,this paper conducts interviews through literature analysis,field investigation and research,and reviews the calendar events,yearbooks and archives of the past years,sorts out the development process of the reform in Qingshan District since 2001,which has fully recognized the historical changes and development direction of the reform.Through analysis of the current problems in the reform of the administrative examination and approval system in Qingshan District under the background of "Internet + government services",the article analyzes the current problems in the next step of deepening the reform,and proposes the next step to promote the standardization of administrative examination and approval matters,the early completion of the province's administrative examination and approval service “one network”,accelerate the construction of an online and offline deep integration development model,accelerate the construction of physical and intelligent government service halls,and continuously promote the construction of government service windows.
