The Research Of Situation Deduction System And The Implementation Of Key Modules For Public Safety

Combined with public safety events,situation evolution and emergency decision-making,this research establishes a situation deduction system for public safety.Aiming at advancing and rehearsing situation information at all stages of event.Predicting the actual status caused by the rescue plan and discovering the possible conflicts and mistakes so as to adjust and optimize the plan.That can provide support to commanders with analyzing the trend of event development and making effective emergency decisions.The main contents of this research are summarized as follows.(1)Detailed analysis of system,including overall analysis,functional analysis,data analysis and technical requirements,so as to provide a theoretical basis for system design.The overall analysis includes system users,system working mode and system process analysis.The functional analysis includes situation information analysis,situation information display,event situation construction,event situation deduction and event situation assessment.Data analysis includes background information,situation information,interactive information and resource information.Technical requirements includes system modeling techniques,platform development technologies and key development technologies.(2)Overall system design.Designing the system framework,system function modules,and system structure and system database.The system function modules include situation information analysis module,situation information display module,event situation construction module,event situation deduction module and event situation assessment module.The system structure includes data processing parts,situation construction parts,situation deduction parts and situation display parts.Database includes information libraries,symbol libraries,and model libraries.(3)Deduction model design.Taking the specific public safety event as an example,the situation deduction method model and mathematical model are designed.The situation deduction method models include the deduction model under natural state,the deduction model under intervention of environment or derivative events,and the deduction model under the intervention of emergency activities.The situation deduction mathematical model is based on the cellular automata to establish the basic structure and deduction rules of the model.(4)System development and implementation.Defining the system development environment,elaborating the platform construction and implementing the overall framework of the system.According to the deduction model,the specific event of public safety is taken as an example to implement the event situation deduction module and situation information display module.Detailed development instructions are described around these two key modules.
