Psychological Analysis Of Material Traces In Preliminary Crime Scene

In recent years,under the increasingly severe social security environment,investigators should not only face the "new ideas" brought by the progress of science and technology to criminals,but also guard against the "awakening" of criminals in the sense of anti-investigation.And the most typical is the emergence of more and more premeditated crimes,which are often accompanied by careful planning before the crime,careful not to leave traces during the crime,as well as the damage to the scene after the crime,the concealment and destruction of criminal evidence,and often disguised and married at the crime scene.This makes it necessary for the criminals in this kind of crime scene to think more carefully,so that their psychological activities will be more than those in the ordinary crime scene,and the psychological traces left in the crime scene will be more obvious.Therefore,the psychological analysis and application of such on-site material traces is particularly important.In order to explore the role of psychological analysis in the investigation of premeditated crime scenes,this paper takes the relevant theoretical knowledge of psychology,criminal psychology,criminal science and technology as the framework,uses literature review method and case analysis method,combs the current application status of psychological analysis in actual combat,and summarizes the problems in the utilization of psychological traces on crime scenes in the current practice of public security organs.Combining with the real cases encountered in the front-line grass-roots work,this paper gives some suggestions on how to use psychology to analyze the scene trace effectively in the premeditated crime.The purpose is to make psychological analysis play a great role in the investigation of the premeditated crime scene,and to widen the investigation horizon,capture the criminal clues,depict the characteristics of the crime,reproduce the crime scene,and determine the direction of investigation.For scientific basis.The main body of this paper is divided into six parts: the first part is to introduce the related concepts of premeditated crime,mainly elaborate the concepts and characteristics of crime,crime scene,premeditated crime scene and the significance of studying such scene;the second part is to summarize the trace of crime scene and its psychological analysis,first of all,to carry out the concept,classification and characteristics of the trace of crime scene.Narration,then standing in the perspective of psychology to analyze and summarize the crime scene traces,mainly from the concept of the crime scene psychological traces,characteristics,basis and the relationship between psychological traces and material traces and other aspects;the third part of the crime scene psychological traces research status and difficulties;the fourth part of how to improve the premeditated crime scene material.The fifth part states how to use psychology to analyze the traces of premeditated crime scene in practical work.The sixth part is the author’s analysis and confirmation of the above views with the classic cases handled by himself.
