Study On The Ideological And Political Potential Education Of Peasants In Rural Temple Fairs

Ideological and political education permeates into all kinds of education,and is in the same direction as other education.The party and the state have always attached great importance to the ideological and political education of farmers,but the ideological and political education of farmers generally has some problems,such as the content is too abstract and the form is lack of innovation.Farmers' overall cultural level is low,the ability of understanding and receiving written information is poor,the ideological and political education of farmers has its particularity,which should be carried out in a subtle way.Rural temple fair has become an important place for farmers' ideological and political potential education due to their high participation enthusiasm,large number of participants and organizing activities.In the new era,to do a good job in ideological and political education of farmers,it is necessary to integrate rural temple fairs and other cultural resources,and publicize the ideology,ideas and moral standards of the party and the country through multiple channels,ways and levels,so as to improve farmers' ideological and political consciousness,moral quality and the concept of abiding by discipline and law.This paper mainly take latent education theory,indoctrination theory and the theory of reception of ideological and political education as theoretical basis,and on the basis of field research,analysis of the characteristics and advantages of rural farmers' ideological and political education in the temple fair,explore its existing problems and their cause,and puts forward countermeasures strengthening farmers' ideological and political education in the village temple fair.Temple fair number has characteristic of large number of participants,identity pluralism,the types of the temple fair,more abundant content,etc.The village temple fair in ideological and political education includes static state and dynamic state.The static potential education including text books on display and hanging banners,slogans,and ideological and political education content couplet,and the dynamic latent education including opera performance,telling and singing to encourage kindness,people communicate with each other and helping each other in the temple fair,etc.There are characteristics of spontaneity,hybridity and indirectness and advantages of more types to benefit the effectiveness,being rich in content to be accepted easily,appealing farmers for close links to life,more participation to radiate wide surface,organization guarantee in latent ideological and political education of village temple fair.But there are also negative thoughts,education system,farmers' problems such as the strong utilitarian thoughts,and its reason lies in the temple fair idealism nature of faith,the temple fair managers lack of education thought,the government don't pay attention to latent ideological and political education in rural temple and farmers' inappropriate attribution of religion,etc.In order to strengthen the effect of farmers' ideological and political education in rural temple fairs,the grass-roots government should set up a correct understanding of rural temple fairs,standardize management and take active participation.The innovation of this paper lies in the innovation of research method and research content,but there are some problems such as insufficient research.
