Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Homogenizationin Ancient Town Development In Guizhou

Homogeneity is a big problem in the development of ancient towns in Guizhou.How to use the right medicine to solve the problem and promote the healthy development of tourism in ancient towns in Guizhou has become a top priority.On the basis of systematically combing the general situation of homogenization development of ancient towns in Guizhou,this paper points out the concrete manifestation of the present situation of homogenization development,and tries to describe the competition strategies of different places in the development of ancient towns from the perspective of competition theory among local governments,and then analyses the causes of homogenization formation.On this basis,this paper discusses the ways to solve the problem of homogenization in the development of ancient towns in Guizhou.The full text is divided into six chapters: The first chapter introduces the research background and significance,and summarizes the research situation at home and abroad.The second chapter focuses on the core concepts,including the definition of ancient town,homogenization of ancient town development and the guiding theory of this article-competition theory between local governments in China.The third chapter introduces the general situation of ancient towns in Guizhou and representative ancient towns,and the current situation of homogenization development.It also introduces the concrete manifestations of commodityhomogenization,operation mode homogenization and building homogenization.Chapter IV analyses the homogenization of the development of ancient towns in Guizhou,and analyses the causes of homogenization from the aspects of local government,business entities,planning and design.In the fifth chapter,on the basis of drawing lessons from the experience of building characteristic towns at home and abroad,the author puts forward countermeasures to solve the problem of homogenization in the development of ancient towns in Guizhou based on the causes and reality,and finally looks forward to the future of governance in the sixth chapter.Through sorting out and analyzing the homogenization of ancient town development in Guizhou,it is found that there are many reasons for this problem.The author thinks that to solve this problem,local governments should change the way of intergovernmental competition as the main body of development,transform the imitation from the imitation to the combination of their own reality,and establish the competitive advantage to realize the transformation from antagonistic competition to differentiated competition and cooperative competition.At the same time,in the development and operation,we should take the scientific planning,accurate positioning and deep excavation of cultural connotations,control the excessive commercialization,change the business mode and seek the upgrading and transformation of the old towns,so as to solve the problem of homogenization of the development of ancient towns in Guizhou,and take a healthy and sustainable development road.
