Case Study Of Longan Community Autonomous Organization In Longquanyi District, Chengdu

In recent years,with the rapid growth of the economic level and the problem of food and clothing has been solved,the people's demand for a better life is getting higher and higher,and the living environment is also demanding more and more refined.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the social governance pattern of building a joint construction and sharing,which pointed out the direction for social grassroots work,and also put forward a new test for community governance in the new era.With the interaction between new industrialization and new urbanization,and the in-depth implementation of urban and rural development strategies,some farmers in the surrounding counties of Longquanyi District in Chengdu gradually moved from rural to urban areas,living and living together with urban residents,forming a new population of different sizes.District,Long'an Community is one of the typical urban and rural residents' communities.The research on new type of community governance formed under the background of ecological immigration is still weak.Long'an Community in Longquanyi District is a typical special combination of urban and rural areas.The composition of residents is complex and the community governance is more difficult.Under the new conditions of national conditions.Developing a governance style that is consistent with the current community situation plays a vital role in China's economic development,social stability,and social progress.Taking the Longan community autonomy in Longquanyi District of Chengdu as an example,this paper analyzes and summarizes the typical practices of Longan community.Based on the main theories of Longan community autonomy,the Longan community autonomy is selected on the basis of relevant domestic and foreign mature theories and practices.The organizational analysis of the organization,the analysis of the functions of the autonomous organization,and the analysis of the operational mechanism of the autonomous organization are conducted to study the autonomous practice cases of the Longan Community in Longquanyi District,Chengdu.The thesis uses the theory of pluralistic social governance,community development model theory,new public management theory,new public service theory and other related theories to deeply analyze the specific measures of Longan Community in Longquanyi District on community autonomy,such as promoting the "three social interactions" and promoting The "four-three" governance model and the strengthening of the "five-three" party organization functions.On this basis,the enlightenment and suggestions of multi-community autonomy are drawn.Through the above analysis,the paper summarizes the good practices of Longan community autonomy and provides reference for other local governments.
