Harmonious labor relations play an important positive role in promoting the healthy and steady development of society and economy.At present,domestic and foreign scholars to construct harmonious labor relations as the goal,respectively from the multiple dimensions of politics,economy,trade union theory,social work,on the way of constructing harmonious labor relations has been a lot of research.As an important support industry of China's economic growth,the construction industry has gradually diversified and complicated under the great environment of economic transformation and upgrading in china.In the new economic situation,the construction industry to absorb most of our employees in employment,reflecting the problem of labor remuneration,labor protection,employee occupation career planning,psychological pressure and so on of the staff is also extremely prominent,and these negative issues faced by staff in turn to the healthy development of enterprises and enterprise harmonious labor relations the construction has the important influence.The trade union organization is an important carrier of enterprise harmonious labor relations,however,a steel company in 2010,"Foxconn" event and the 2015 Shandong Zibo workers rights storm,to bring the work of trade union is not a small challenge.X company is a large state-owned construction enterprises,currently employed a staff of 16000 people,a number of areas covering areas of project contracting,real estate development,building materials,foreign investment,scientific research,finance,Internet and e-commerce etc..As the author of X's Union Department is mainly responsible for the people,through the investigation and the status of the X company employee labor interviews,shown in the current X company,labor relations there are disharmonious factors: participation play role in promoting the low level of supervision,maintenance functions are not perfect and play a guiding role in education is not enough.Although in the past few years in the construction of harmonious labor relations has carried out a series of work in X company,and the legitimate rights and interests in the maintenance staff to promote the special labor protection of female employees,promote employee democratic participation and achieved positive results,however,from the actual survey results on the staff of X company,X company employees in recognition the degree of satisfaction,and the functions of trade unions of the enterprise union isstill a certain gap.Therefore,how to strengthen the construction of trade unions,give full play to the role of education and guidance,improve employees' recognition and satisfaction to the company,and build a harmonious labor relationship has become an urgent problem for X company at present.This paper takes the X company as the research object,summarizes the research status at home and abroad of labor relations,the role of trade unions,on this basis,on the basis of harmonious labor relations of the ACFTU "the total issued 2006 file No.17" to determine the establishing standard of X company,labor relations status and X company trade union work X company in the building of harmonious labor relations in effect are analyzed and pointed out that the X's Union to build harmonious labor relations in X,there are still some deficiencies,finally X lack of trade unions in the construction of harmonious labor relations,from three perspectives of trade unions,enterprises and workers are analyzed,put forward countermeasures of X company the construction of harmonious labor relations under the new economic situation.
