Research On Administrative Tuought In Activism

As a "revolutionary" era,the post-industrial society has brought great challenges to the society as well as opportunities for development.From the perspective of public administration,in the "revolutionary" era,the most serious challenge comes from the search for a new balance point.How to find a new balance point between government and enterprises,citizens and society,centralization and decentralization,authority and freedom has become an academic exploration.Focus of discussion.Some scholars try to differentiate and analyze the traditional public administration theory from the ethical point of view.After discarding the classical theory,these scholars put forward the deficiency of the development of administrative theory in the 20 th century at the ethical level.They think that if we want to get out of the predicament,we must realize the return of ethics.However,the cultivation of value and the return of ethics are a long process,and it is far from practical.In this case,familiar and unfamiliar vocabulary such as "action" and "actor" has entered the academic field and gradually become the high-frequency vocabulary used in the research.From philosophy to politics,from sociology to administration,scholars have tried to express a different orientation from the traditional theory through the change of concepts.Pursuing the value of public administration from the perspective of righteousness and pushing forward the theory and practice of public administration,a research orientation different from the traditional theory,has become popular in various disciplines.The era of activism seems to have sounded the horn of arrival in the surge of these thoughts.In view of this,this paper takes the theory of activism as the research content,explores its intrinsic value by systematically combing the theoretical thought,studies the relationship between administrative responsibility,decision-making rules,administrative theory and administrative practice,and takes the construction of democratic platform,the development of cooperative governance and other practices as the internal spirit of action and the external of the theory under the logic of activism theory.The annotation of characteristics explains how it helps public administration from management administration to ethical governance under the background of post-industrial society,with a view to breaking through the predicament of public administration.
