government at the grass-roots level.From the macro point of view,in the aspect of government supervision,not only is there an irregular operation,the supervision system is still cumbersome,the power is not restricted,and the procedure lacks foresight.And in recent years,corruption in our country is still serious,corruption and corruption are still serious.Rising,accompanied by the arbitrary work style of some leading cadres.Therefore,the purpose of this article is to adapt to the current new era,new situation,new requirements,grasp the new ideas,new strategies,new objectives of the guidance,to the county-level government supervision work and operational mechanism for in-depth analysis.On the basis of fully studying the present situation of the supervision mechanism of county-level government in our country,more targeted suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background and significance,domestic and foreign research status,but also focuses on the innovation of this paper.The second part is the related concepts and theoretical basis,this article is based on the county-level government,supervision mechanism,government supervision mechanism as the starting point,with the new public management theory,western decentralization balance theory,The democratic political theory and Xi Jinping’s inner-party supervision thought as the theoretical basis,provide the basis for the next two parts.The third part is about the operation status and predicament of the supervision mechanism of county-level government in our country.This part takes the county-level government as the cut-in point.At the same time,11 counties and two districts in Yan’an City of Shaanxi Province were selected as case study,and the operation of the supervision mechanism of county government was comprehensively analyzed,and the method of literature research was adopted to make a comprehensive analysis of the operation status of the supervision mechanism of county-level government.Four kinds of research methods,such as comparative research method,questionnaire survey method and interview survey method,are used to explore the supervision mechanism of county-level government in our country in the main body,scope and content of supervision under the current realistic conditions of the new era.The dilemma faced by the form of supervision and so on.The fourth part is the analysis of the causes of the predicament of the supervision mechanism of the county-level government in our country,which includes four aspects,including the tradition of traditional officialdom culture and the rule by man.The phenomenon still exists;the
