Optimizing The Service Path Of Government Wechat In Yan'an From The Perspective Of Service-oriented Government

Since 2012,as a new service mode for the government to meet the needs of citizens,government Wechat has shown a trend of rapid growth in quantity and gradual integration of services.As a form of micro-service,government micro-messaging service is bound to be influenced and constrained by government administrative concepts,systems and mechanisms.Therefore,in order to achieve long-term development of government Wechat service,we must take the value concept and construction principle of service-oriented government as the guidance.At the same time,the bottlenecks and pain points in its development need to be carefully studied and solved.This paper takes 73 government affairs Wechat of Yan'an city and county governments as the research object,using interview method and case analysis method,according to the thought of "discovering problems-analyzing problems-solving problems".The survey found that the applicability of information push in Yan'an government Wechat service is not strong,the immediate response and feedback in the interaction between the government and the people are insufficient,and the convenience service items are single and weak.The reason lies in the lack of citizen-based service concept of government,the lack of public responsibility restraint in the operation of government Wechat and the non-standard management of government Wechat.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the sense of responsibility of government staff,improve the operation mechanism of government Wechat service,standardize its management system and optimize the supply process and content of government Wechat service in order to realize the overall path optimization of government Wechat service.
