A Study Of The October Revolution Commemorative Activities In Yan'an Period

During the Yan 'an period,the international and domestic situations were extremely complicated.With the outbreak of the Second World War,the world anti-fascist United front gradually formed,and the Soviet Union gradually became the backbone of the fight against German and Italian fascism.The antiJapanese War has also undergone major changes since it entered the stalemate stage,and the Japanese aggressors have focused their attacks on various Anti-Japanese base areas,which face serious difficulties.The Kuomintang is actively anti-Communist and creates friction.How to persist in the war of resistance has become the primary issue of the Chinese revolution.The Communist Party of China gives full play to the role of the mainstay of the war of resistance,formulates ten major policies,and adheres to the war of resistance.From 1937 to 1946,the party's "New China Daily","Liberation Daily" and "Xinhua Daily" published a large number of articles commemorating the October Revolution,highly praising the great significance of the victory of the October Revolution and the Soviet Union in the world anti-fascist war.Important contribution,It greatly inspired the Chinese people's anti-Japanese morale and became the most active historical period in the history of our party's commemoration of the October Revolution.On the basis of synthesizing the international and domestic situation and commemorating the October Revolution Festival,this article divides the commemorative activities during the Yan 'an period into four historical stages: first,combing out various forms of commemorative activities,mainly the speeches and articles of the leaders of the Chinese Communist Party and the CPSU;second,the writing of party leaders and Democrats;third,bases for various agencies,schools and the public to carry out holidays,tea parties,yangge,exhibitions,production competitions,military competitions and other forms;fourth,reprinting the greetings of various countries and other parties to the Soviet Union and Soviet leaders.These commemorative activities have a wide range of popular participation,and they are closely related to the actual combat life in the border areas.They are informal and pragmatic.Through research,this paper believes that the commemoration of the October Revolution in Yan 'an period has achieved the sinicization of Marxism,summed up historical experience,unified the ideological understanding of the whole Party,aroused enthusiasm for learning Marxist theory,explored relevant issues of the Chinese revolution,and carried out political mobilization and expressed political opinions.The purpose of politics is coordinating and communizing international relations.These commemorative activities have strengthened the Chinese people's confidence in defeating Japanese fascism and boosted the Chinese Communist Party's leadership in building a revolutionary voice.It is clear that the driving force of the Chinese revolution lies in the people which become the source of strength for the victory of the Anti-Japanese War;It propagandizes the Chinese Marxism-Mao Zedong Thought which has become an important channel for theoretical interpretation and policy propaganda;It has deepened the historical memory of the victory of the October Revolution and further strengthened road self-confidence.This study is of great contemporary value for further strengthening the Party's leadership,strengthening Party building,strengthening relations between the Party and the masses,and unswervingly following the road of building socialism with Chinese characteristics,so as to realize the "Chinese dream" of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
