The Study Of Improvement Of Judicial Protection Of Minors Under The Background Of Comprehensively Governing The Country According To Law

In recent years,cases of minors being invaded and miinors endangering society have occurred frequently,and judicial protection of minors has becone a hot issue in society.Although the relevant judicial organs and judicial administrative departments have adopted a series of measures for the judicial protection of minors,there are still insufficient judicial protections for minors in practice.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the party and the state have attached great imp ortance to the prom otion of the rule of law in accordance with the law and to achieve its overall goal.Improving the judicial protection of minors will promote the establishment of a judicial system for juvenile judicial protection and promote the realization o f comprchensivcly govening t he country according to law.This paper uses the literature investigation method,comparative research method and empirical analysis method to study the improvement of judicial protection of minors under the background cof comprehensive\compreiensively goveming the country according to law,analyzes the concepts rel ated to judicial protection of m inors and interprets the relevant theories of ruling the country according to law;It represents the national judicial protection system for minors,learns from its advanced experience,analyzes the status quo and existing problems of juvenile judicial protection in China,and proposes the improvem ent of juvenile judicial protection according to the new r equirements of comprehensively administering the country according to law.There are practical suggestions for juvcenile judicial protection system,improvement of relevant systems and enhancement of legal awareness of minors,and the realization of the protection of minors and the protection of society.
