Research On The Use Of Virtual Property In The Crime Of Money Laundering

With the continuous popularity of virtual property,it has begun to integrate into people's daily life,and become one of the legal property types inviolable to individuals.While providing convenience for people,it is also used by criminals for illegal and criminal activities because of virtual property is invisible,and it will be instantly calculated.However,due to the special constitution of virtual property money laundering crime,it is difficult to regulate it with money laundering crime,which leads to fewer cases of conviction and punishment with money laundering crime in judicial practice.Compared with the great harm of this new crime model,it has not been paid enough attention by our country and the international community.In order to regulate the crime of money laundering with virtual property better,this article will be analyzed through three parts:The first part introduces the characteristics of the constituent elements of the crime of money laundering in China.At the same time,the author thinks that if we want to use the money laundering crime to regulate it,the problems existing in the identification of traditional money laundering crimes should be explicit,which have also become difficult problems in the identification of the crime of money laundering with virtual property.The second part analyzes and summarizes the constitutional characteristics of the money laundering with virtual property,and finally draws a conclusion by comparing the constituent elements of the crime of money laundering in China.The third part introduces the specific identification of money laundering with virtual property,and puts forward the identification criteria for the behavior.The author hopes to provide some reference for the identification of money laundering with virtual property.At the same time,the author hopes to promote the whole society's attention to the crime of money laundering with virtual property to a certain extent.
