the era of decisive victory in building a well-off society in an all-round way.From now to 2020,it is the decisive period for the comprehensive construction of a well-off society.The key to building a well-off society in an allround way has been to go to the historical node of a decisive battle and a decisive battle.In the past five years,China has made tremendous achievements in economic,political,cultural,social and ecological aspects.These achievements have also impacted people's civilization quality while improving people's living standards.Therefore,in the crucial stage of decisive completion of a well-off society,people have put forward higher requirements for human civilization.As an important criterion for testing the degree of social civilization,human civilization quality is of great significance to the establishment of a well-off society.The cultivation of human civilization and thecomprehensive construction of a well-off society are dialectical condition for the effective improvement of human civilization.Although people's civilization literacy generally shows a good development trend,at this stage,there is still a phenomenon that is well-off society to meet people's civilization quality,this paper analyzes the development dilemma of people's civilization quality at this stage.And analyze the causes of the dilemma.On this basis,it
